1. Eligibility
At P.H.A.E, we aim for complete customer satisfaction and treat each order with individual attention to detail, including providing guidance on fits, fabrics, and sizing before purchase.
Return & Refund is strictly applicable only if:

You have received a damaged or defective product from our side.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email to support@phae.co.in.

You provide a clear parcel opening video and photographs showing the defect or damage at the time of unboxing.
Important:

Products must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

Products damaged, torn, altered, or soiled while trying on will not be accepted.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or personal preference will not be accepted.

All sale or discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchanges
We understand that in rare cases, exchanges may be necessary due to product issues.
Exchange Process:
Email support@phae.co.in within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Clearly mention:

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization Email approving or declining your request.

Check that your item is in original condition before packing for return.

Once our courier partner confirms pickup, we will notify you via email.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a confirmation email.

After our confirmation, you may proceed to choose your replacement item.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale, discounted, or promotional items.

Items returned without original tags and packaging.

Items received beyond the return/exchange window.

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
4. Shipping for Returns/Exchanges

For defective or damaged products approved for return, P.H.A.E will arrange a pickup through our authorized courier partners.

For any unapproved returns sent without authorization, P.H.A.E will not be responsible for loss or damage.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned/exchanged products undergo a quality check before approval. If the returned product fails to meet the original condition criteria, the return/exchange request will be declined, and the product will be shipped back at the customer’s cost.
6. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be made via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
