At P.H.A.E we do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your Purchase. We treat each customer on an individual basis providing as much info on fits, fabrics and sizing.

Return and Refund of items is only possible in case you receive a damaged or defective product from our side. To process this, we will need a clear parcel opening video and picture.

Products should be returned in original condition -unworn, unwashed with tags attached. No damage or torn clothing while trying on.

All sale and discounted products are considered final and will not be accepted for change of mind or wrong size chosen.

How do I exchange

Email support@phae.co.in within 24hrs of receiving your delivery. Please clearly state your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

Once we receive your request we send you a confirmation mail for approval of return.

Please check your items to ensure they are in original condition before repacking them.

Once we receive confirmation from our courier partner of pickup, we will notify you.

Once we receive the exchange piece and we confirm on mail then you can proceed with the process of choosing your exchange item.
